1. Price Match Promise

Conditions:

- The competitor’s item must be identical, in-stock, and available for immediate delivery or collection within Australia.

- The competitor’s advertised price must include GST and any applicable delivery charges.

- A valid written quote or advertisement must be provided as proof.

- Excludes liquidation sales, clearance items, wholesale or bulk quantities.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional purchases from Thrive Mobility are subject to the following conditions:

- Promotional items are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase or a store credit within 30 days, provided they are returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
