1. Local Delivery (South Australia)

FREE delivery is available within our local service area in South Australia.

Please contact your nearest Thrive Mobility store to confirm delivery details for your order.

2. Regional & Interstate Delivery

For locations outside of our local service area, shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times are usually between 1–10 business days, depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Larger items (such as scooters and lift chairs) may require scheduled delivery to ensure safe handling and setup.

You will be contacted with estimated delivery details once your order has been processed.

4. Additional Information

All deliveries require a nominated person to be available at the delivery address to receive the goods.

If your order includes installation or demonstration, this will be arranged with you prior to delivery.

Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
